Conceptualize. Collaborate. Capitalize.

About The Palgon Company

At The Palgon Company, our goal is to conceptualize, collaborate, and capitalize, to guide aspiring and established writers to fulfill their passion – craft their ideas, establish their voice and create powerful stories.

Whether the content is an inspirational account, a strong message on thought leadership or personal growth, or a work of fiction, there is a common thread: to produce something unique, dynamic and memorable that reflects not only the writer’s authentic voice, but finds an audience, resonates with readers and stands out in the marketplace.

Michael Palgon, the owner, a longtime publishing executive, served as Deputy Publisher of the Doubleday and Crown divisions of Random House. Over many years, he worked on dozens of bestsellers, including the #1 multi-million copy selling Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom, The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown, and Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. He also oversaw the Business and Religious (including Evangelical Christian) publishing programs, and worked with many bestselling and highly acclaimed authors.

Michael’s collaborative style helps draw out the freshest and most unique aspects of any project and devise growth strategies for author platforms.

Some of the bestselling authors Michael has partnered with include:

Spencer Johnson (The Present)
Chip and Dan Heath (Switch)
Ken Blanchard (The One-Minute Entrepreneur)
Mark Sanborn (The Fred Factor)
Keith Ferrazzi (Never Eat Alone)
Tommy Spaulding (It’s Not Just Who You Know)
